Connect to Server

Im using S23 FE. Want to update software. I cant connect to server. How to sort this problem out?. I have data on my phone

Does it work over Wi-Fi or connected to someone else's hotspot? Who's your network provider?

With data wifi or hotspot i cant connect to server. Im with MTN.

My wife also use MTN on her phone. Her server works 100%

Is your date and time correct, all on auto?

Go to Apps, enable Show System Apps. Clear cache on Software Update app, restart and try update again.

Google instructions on how to "Wipe Cache Partition" for your phone.

If your network is working fine on everything else and your only issue is connecting to the server then Check Storage ensure your phone has enough free storage space (ideally 5GB or more) for the update package

Yes i can go on the internet. I can even download from the internet. Only problem is to connect to the server when i update the software. I will look at storage. Thank you
