As many users are being confused over whether one ui3.1.1 will come to their devices or not, let me clear some points:
1) One UI 3.1.1 is specially tailored for foldable phones.
2) Some features which Samsung thinks can be given to other models are being delivered in form of August Monthly Update( thats why the update was so big).
3) As only few features are delivered to non foldable phones, the version is not changed and still remains One UI 3.1
