Galaxy SI am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and my device’s battery is nearing the end of its lifespan. I recently visited the Samsung Service Center in Sharjah to have the battery replaced, but I was informed that the process would take three days. Unfortunately, I am unable to leave my device with the service center for such a long period.
Additionally, I was told that all Samsung service centers across the UAE require the same three-day timeframe for battery replacement. I find this policy inconvenient and would appreciate an explanation as to why such a simple procedure takes this long.
Given this experience, I am reconsidering my commitment to the Samsung brand. I would appreciate your response regarding this matter.
