I don't know how many posts I have to make on the members app to make Samsung notice that they are completely unresponsive and not even trying to solve the problem. During One UI 6.1, this happened for several days, and after updating to UI 7, it happened again after 11 days. My S23 is a terrible and disappointing investment. I don't know why I chose the S23 over the iPhone 15. I regret my decision, and whenever I'm enjoying my phone, Samsung does something that reminds me never to buy Samsung again.
