Dear Samsung Customer Support,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recurring green line issue on my Samsung S23 mobile device. The issue has significantly affected the display quality and overall usability of the phone.

Details of the issue:

Model: Samsung S23

Purchase Date: [Mention date]

Issue Description: A persistent green line has appeared on the screen, which seems to be a hardware-related concern. This problem has arisen despite regular usage and no physical damage to the device.

Troubleshooting Attempts: I have tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the device, updating the software, and resetting the display settings, but the issue persists.


I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest. Please advise on the next steps, whether it requires a screen replacement, repair, or any other solution out of warrenty.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

The service centre didn't accept to replace the display for free of cost. This is an issue from the company side no physical damage after the s/w update it is coming. Please do what you can
