I have recently purchased S22 Ultra mobile by preorder promotion from priceoye.pk. It was mentioned that it will include gift pack of ear buds and wallet but it didn't. Now it is said that I will receive from Samsung by following few steps through mobile. Those steps are also not working. Please guide me how to proceed further.
