Galaxy SSubject: Complaint Regarding Quality of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Cover
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26 UUltra and samsung original silicone magnet cover on March 4, 2026. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the cover is starting to tear at the top. As this is an original Samsung product, I am quite disappointed with the quality.
I would like to register a complaint and seek a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund. Please let me know how to proceed with the warranty claim.
