Subject: Complaint Regarding Quality of Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Cover

​I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26 UUltra and samsung original silicone magnet cover on March 4, 2026. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the cover is starting to tear at the top. As this is an original Samsung product, I am quite disappointed with the quality.

​I would like to register a complaint and seek a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund. Please let me know how to proceed with the warranty claim.

Are you serious, brother? If you buy from Samsung, you can ask for a replacement due to it being under warranty.

I will suggest you to use a TORRAS covers for s26 ultra. Looks very premium and very protective.

Samsung covers have never been good. I always use Torras or Spigen.
