I would like to inform you that a green line has suddenly appeared on the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S21. This issue has occurred without any physical damage or contact with water.

Phone Model: Samsung Galaxy S21

Due to this issue, I am facing significant difficulty in using my phone. It is very disappointing that even Samsung’s most popular S series phones are showing such defects. This raises serious concerns about the overall quality and reliability of your devices, as such problems should not occur under normal usage conditions.

Therefore, I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate solution at the earliest. Please let me know if a screen replacement or any other service is required.

I expect a prompt resolution, keeping customer satisfaction in mind.

It is disappointing to see that even Samsung’s most popular and best-selling S series phones are showing green line issues. This raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of Samsung devices, as such defects should not occur under normal usage conditions.

Please follow these easy troubleshooting steps which may help in resolving this issue:

● Kindly restart your device.

● Update software on device: apps screen > Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)
