Clock on Lockscreen moving automactially downwards

The clock on the lockscreen automactically shift downwards when i lock the phone and sometime when try to shift back on top, no clock is shown on edit page of lockscreen

I'm using beta 8.0

Is it a bug or some setting has been changed?
