Check charger/Usb Port

Hi

I need assistance. I have an S23 Ultra and the device does not because of the error noted in the heading. 

How can I fix this?

Does it come up with a warning regarding liquid being in the port?

Yes, it says there may be liquid or a foreign object. But I have checked. There is no moisture and there no foreign objective.

Are you using an original charger, or a generic charger?

Everything original, the head and the cable. All Samsing issued

That's strange. I have seen this issue come up before using generic chargers etc

I have two of chargers and they both give the same error. Even when the phone is turned off, the error co.es up and the phone does not charge

That really **bleep**. As a temporary measure I know that the wireless charging will still work...but it sounds like the device might have to be assessed further by Samsung

Cleaned the port again, switched off the phone, the powered it on. When the Samsung logo showed. I plugged in the charger. Its now charging.
