Chat feature not working at my S20FE

After my October security patch update I am not able to use the chat feature at Samsung Messages in my S20FE. It shows registration failed when I go to active the chat feature. Need help from experts.

After September update same issue for my S20FE. It shows trying to verify. Is this Samsung issue or Google issue?

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
