Charging issues

From past several days I am trying to charge my phone and its not fast charging. As this charger is the one from manufacturer which came with the box. Its a fast charger but my phone is charging as a normal charger. Any solution to this?

Yes I did but it comes with the same issue

After updating my oneuI to 5.1 my s20 ultra hardly fast charges too ... I don't know if it's a software issue or cable issue
