Charging issue

My phone charging stops and starts again and again whenever its reachs near to 90% check the video below.

This is a bug......Otherwise, if he does the diagnostic, he will find out.
And if this is battery protection then charging will stop there and will not start again, try it and see.

But why its happening only it reachs to 90%. I tried changing the cable and its kinda resolved but i am curious to know why its happening with original cable
