Charging issue

I have my s23 ultra phone along with samsungs 25 watt fast charger from the wall mount

When I connect my phone to the charger it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting the charge.... 

What might the issue and how do i get it fixed?

Try with another charger

Switch off the phone and Gently clean the charging port with alcohol and try to remove and dust or debris inside with needle or pin 📌

Please check the socket of your house
Clean the charging port
Check for water and moisture
Reboot your device
Update your software
Check for damage
Run your phone in safe mode
