I have observed a strange issue with my S7. It has happened twice until now. My phone stops charging at 84%. It doesn't resume charging until I reboot. I performed a reset but it didn't fix this issue. Could this be a software or hardware issue? If anyone else in this community had this problem please let me know how you fixed it. My phone was serviced this month. Display was replaced under warranty. Everything else works fine. No problem in charging time or battery back up. Thanks!
It happened with my S7 edge also then, I did followin things... Plug it off, remove off cable , then go to device maintenance in settings optimize ur device.. Clear off ur ram, recent applications in background then plug 🔌 it in again under fast charging it ll charge till 100%. U can also switch off ur phone then do fast charging it ll go upto full 100%. The problem is a bug in nougat. Samsung india should wake up from sleep and they should rectify it
same problem in s7 edge 128 gb its nougat bug if u charge using safe mode it works fine if u feel problem than go to service center and do a software it works fine after that i face same issue . and dont use too much app till you get new update .
