Cash back of Interest being paid on Actual Emi but purchased as No cost Emi

Did Anyone if purchased S7 edge on No cost emi but as per RBI Policies which is being paid as actual Emi did the said interest amount be seller remitted back.
If got back how many days it took??

max 7 working days for sbi cards and max 90days for other banks cards
