Internet being to slow is a different thing. S20 series always supported CA, since launch.

Maybe because your carrier didn't support it in your region at that time.

In screenshot above only vi has CA in your area. Jio has no CA. It all depends on area, if tower has CA activated then it will support otherwise not. Also Airtel/Vi /Jio has been disabling CA from lots of network site, specially after they replaced huawei equipment with other (Ericson/Nokia) either because they want to save cost by not paying royalty or new equipment is not optimised enough.
Basically it's all depends on your network site and operators.

I don't know what's the big deal about it😅. I mean yeah it's fast and all but for me no use. My phones does support but where I live it works on 4G only. When I go to say even 1Km away from my home it works on 4G+ 😑😑. Anyways 95% of time I use wifi only.
