I brought 23 ultra 1st of May in Techhno blue shop In Qatar. I want to buy Samsung care plus. I check my eligibility. I''m eligible . I tried to apply but the site supports UAE only. If selecting Qatar can not work. I tried to proceed but the UAE number asking can not change. You can see. You will realize. Yesterday I chat on this site that guy told me he will complain to management. But still, I didn''t get a reply. Please check that.how can I activate  care plus

Everyday im sending massage. Live chat,Mail Everyday they saying they are informed management. But until today I didn't get good reply. I informed 10th time. I called . I didn't get positive response.
