Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern regarding the car Bluetooth connection. We understand the inconvenience and would like to assist you. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Update your device software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure your phone is running the latest version.
  2. Forget and re‑pair the connection: Navigate to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, select your car’s Bluetooth profile, tap Forget, then re‑pair it again.
  3. Clear cache partition: Power off your device. > Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears. > Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition and confirm with the Power button.
  4. Reset network settings: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will refresh Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, and mobile connections.
  5. Safe mode test: Restart your device in Safe Mode (press and hold Power > tap and hold Power off > Safe mode) to check if a third‑party app is interfering with Bluetooth.

If the issue persists after completing these steps, we recommend visiting a Samsung Service Center for a full inspection. You can locate your nearest center here: Samsung Service Centers.
