Why my device sometime not received a call or sometime I cant call?

Which device do you use? Is your device is updated? Hope you have good network coverage. Try restarting it.

Turn off your phone, make sure the sim card and the sim tray is put in the correct side and switch on your phone. Make sure the phone is not in airplane mode.

Take out your sim and clean it. If still the same, try the sim in another device. If it's very old sim, replace with a new one. Else contact your service provider.
