Cant find e-Sim option on S20+

I bought this phone after seeing the specifications on Samsung store India which states S20+ has eSim. But after purchasing I see no such kind of option anywhere in settings. Is it somewhere else I need to look up? Or I have got betrayed by Samsung?

Oh, But why Samsung mentioned it has embedded sim in their official india website?

That's the because the phone has the eSIM feature but the mobile carriers or Samsung activated it for that particular model.

So, this is like putting all hardware and turning it off and we still should pay for that unusable scrap. I still wonder how people are accepting this.

They are fraudsters. They are showing it has eSIM in Indian Samsung website. But they disabled in reality. They sell Snapdragon in US and exynos in India. 5G in US ... 4G in India.

They can enable it with a simple software patch. Contact the CEO.
