no this is due to weak exynos processor you will feel that other snapdragon phone has better network strength as co pare to exynos

Well using data connection puts more work on a phone i.e LTE antennas usage , processor usage etc.
so when you are using your mobile data phone gets more hot...
Also based on processor you are using.

when you are using Sim 1 the frequency of waves are different and for Sim 2 frequency is different.
so you might notice slight difference in battery consumption .
