Make sure you update the app to the latest version if not working too try using vpn app

Yes , i fix that by remove sim and connect to usa server via vpn app and update all apps from galaxy store ..make sure to update Samsung apps from galaxy store not google play store

Then I have to register a USA Samsung account to login Galaxy store. But most problem is once I log out Samsung will delete my data, after I logon will download again, very hassle

No its not.. it will not delete anything. You just sign out from samsung account and register new account..any data on samsung cloud on previous account still on it you can sign in by browser to reaching it or even you can sign in with tow account at same time on same device by using secure folder ..just be sure to make the USA account as the main account and another account put it on the secure folder

I finally install the Samsung pay on my watch now, but it's only allowed to add USA credit cards, none of my UAE cards are accept.... It's very hassle... I'm giving up.... I'm use Google wallet now, it's working fine with my UAE cards....

OK I fixed now, because I login USA Samsung account that's why only can use USA cards, I log in my UAE account so I can use UAE cards now. Thank you.

You can try to disconnect your Internet, then restart your phone/tablet. Then if it doesn't work try installing a vpn. If the vpn was on and the app wasn't working, try turning of the vpn. If it still doesn't work, contact Samsung.
