Can't update software on S20FE

Hello everyone I recently bought a Samsung s20 fe but whenever I try to update software I get a message which says the operating system on my phone was modified in an unauthorised way.Does this mean my phone is **bleep**

Not sure, my son's S20 FE last update was 27 July, take to Samsung Service Center

Try installing smartswitch on ur laptop and also on the phone . After installing smartswitch on both devices open smartswitch on the laptop and plug the USB cable in the laptop and it will show a new update on the s20 fe
