Try reinstalling WhatsApp and see if it works

Check App Permissions:
Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Permissions.
Ensure that permissions for Storage and Camera are enabled.

Disable Battery Optimization for WhatsApp:
Go to Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Battery.
Set it to Unrestricted to prevent the app from being restricted in the background.

Reinstall WhatsApp:
Uninstall WhatsApp and then reinstall it from the Play Store. This can sometimes resolve issues caused by corrupted app data.

Check for System Updates:
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure your device has the latest system updates.

Hello. Can you describe exactly what it is you're trying to do? Where are you sharing the photos from/to and what error are you seeing?

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for the inconvenience you're facing with sharing photos from your Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Since you've already tried several troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache, force-stopping, and restarting the device without success, we recommend reaching out to the app provider for further assistance.
