Can't send WhatsApp video

Hi after upgrading to Android 12, I'm unable to send WhatsApp videos and my face book app keep crashing if I try to open any link.please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Try to update all apps, i have android 12 and all ok with me, i usually reset my mobile with every major update, my recommendation is back up ur data and reset.

Can you explain more details like how to back up all the data and get the data back? Should I use laptop or just phone?

Maybe permissions been reset or changed
