Can't get access to Samsung Care+

Purchased a new s24 ultra. 

while checking eligibility for samsung care+, it says the imei number is not eligible..

Why?? How!

Someone please help thru this.

Will it be rectified automatically in future..?

Yes it will be corrected within 60 days from the day you received the phone.

Contact samsung customer service on phone or live chat. Give them your IMEI to make sure your device is not out of region ( from a different region ) and is eligible for Samsung care+.

What you mean by out of region? I bought and using from same region

Some vendors might sell devices that were manufactured for other countries or regions. Most commonly, online vendors might sell in the middle east devices that were manufactured for europe, for example. If you bought your device directly through Samsung, you got nothing to worry about. Otherwise, I highly recommend you contact samsung and check.

Yeah brother it's totally fine to share it with them, don't worry. Try live chat on their official website and I'm glad to help.

You can also use this app to contact them. On the main screen press on support on the lower right part of the screen(first tab on the right) then scroll down until you see " quick help " then choose text chat, and chat with them.

Thanks for your response. I checked with the local customer service and realised samsung care is not available for new users since March 2025
