Hi its my new device as i can show in screenshot. Im trying to purchase Samsung care+ but when i enter my imei in page its says your device is not eligible even more then 40days is left to buy but its giving me this error from day 1st.

I hide imei. And yes i enter correct imei manytime. SIM1 IMEI.

Samsung Members app is not working: If the Samsung Members app does not work properly or does not let you register a device, close the app and reopen it. If it is still having problems, try updating the app. If that does not work, uninstall, and then reinstall Samsung Members on your phone, and then try again.

Copy and paste the IMEI number , try if u didn't do before. From settings go to about phone, hold ur hand on IMEI 1 and will copy
