Hi its my new device as i can show in screenshot. Im trying to purchase Samsung care+ but when i enter my imei in page its says your device is not eligible even more then 40days is left to buy but its giving me this error from day 1st.

I hide imei. And yes i enter correct imei manytime. SIM1 IMEI.

By the way evry mobile is made in china and Vietnam. Mine is from Du telecome and its made is Vietnam UAE variant. Originally purchase from du telecome.

I meant the regional specifications is not GCC, maybe other region like India or China

i purchesed my phone from Sharaf DG. I AM ALSO FACING THE PROBLEM WITH MY S23 ULTRA. i   unable to register IN SAMSUNG CARE PLUS WITH MY IMEI number. Its showing invalid IMEI number
