As I think Samsung has finished the One Ui 7 rollout for the S24 series in all regions. But wait another like 2 weeks until this month is over and see whether you got the update.
By the way can you tell me or CSC country region code of your device. By going into about phone and then software information.

EUX region is Europe. Europe must receive the update now for the S24 series. But wait another 2 weeks and see whether you get the update. I hope you got the March or April 2025 security update.
