Hey guys

I have problem: "error camera" on my s24 ultra. How to fix it please? I cant take pictures anymore. Only portait mode is possible

Unfortunately, you have to install another camera app or, reset your phone, but make sure to back up your data with Samsung Cloud

I already reset my phone yesterday (factory reset)
..when I use other camera app: the same problem happens (camera problem)

You need to buy an new phone, or take it to a Samsung Repair Center
