Hey guys

I have problem: "error camera" on my s24 ultra. How to fix it please? I cant take pictures anymore. Only portait mode is possible

so Open the Samsung Members app.

Go to Support > Diagnostics.

Run the Camera test to check for hardware issues.

The app Samsung Members don't open

How are you able to reply me then ,unless ure using a different device?

What's the response when trying to open it ?

But when I try portrait mode it is ok

So the landscape is the one giving problems?

When i zoom on ×1 or ×5 crash imediately
Zoom ×3 work perfectly

I think you should try factory Reset ,backup your data first
