I have questions that I am using S20+ if I cover camera (back side) except the main camera like rest of 3 camera still the pictures got clicked iam confused what is the purpose of other cameras

Ultra wide will activate on .5x/(3 leaf)
Main lens activate on 1x(2 leaf)
Telephoto activates on 10x and above(if there is sufficient light)
Depth is used when portrait mode is used.
