After installing this update (Security patch level: 1 July 2025), switching from the rear camera to the front camera takes quite some time — even a few seconds. Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, what is the solution?

Device: Samsung S23 Ultra

What a robotic 🤖 reply.
This what we can expect from samsung.
Don't worry. Your downfall is not so far because of your services and these useless replies. We know what you guys are cooking inside. I have made a huge mistake buying samsung flagship.
Trust me. This is my last samsung device.

And please... Note down the solution for this camera bug..
Turning off the shot suggestion feature in camera setting fixes jitter issues. Not clearing cache and resetting the app or a factory reset can fix it...
We are the users. We do our own research and finds the alternate solution. We have to. Because we have paid our hard earned money for this. Bloody scamsung.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data

● Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
