Camera not working

Can someone please tell me what I should do now? My device is the S23 Ultra, and its camera is not working. The Samsung team has not been able to help me. I don't want to visit the service center, and I am curious to know if my new phone needs to be repaired or if it can be fixed by software.

I have done all the necessary steps, such as:

- Restarting my phone

- Clearing the camera app cache

- Ensuring the software is up to date

- Checking that the camera does not work even in safe mode

I don't want to reset my phone because of eSIM and other data. Since my phone is only 10 days old, I thought a reset wouldn’t be necessary.

One more try go to camera info > storage > clear data and then open camera.
After this process what happen then reply.

I visited the service center for software update but the problem is same and they declined for replacement.

Call customer care and raise a complaint. Please keep the bill and box with you.

Called customer care, they told me to take my hand set on service center.

You have to give your mobile to service center too find the what is tha issue

Visit the service centre and sort it out, as for your concern with data you can activate " maintenance mode" to keep your data safe
