Maybe too many apps have access to Camera or just soft restart.

If not hardware then it's definitely a software bug that will be fixed by updating look for OS update it will fix this issue if it's not a hardware issue what device are you using?

I had the same problem with my A36 I had to change the phone the second one also did the same thing and then updated to one UI 8.0 it has stopped
