Hello, I use galaxy s24 and after recent software update i started facing lot of camera issues. The camera system is unable to focus and all the photos have a blurry outer ring and it only shows up after processing. Only the center of the frame stays in focus. I took lot of images at different lighting condition and still the camera seems to struggle to focus. The quality of the images from all three lens dropped drastically and the night time it struggles a lot.

The blue ring space is out of focus and the red marked area stays focused. I can tap and focus in those blue are but the centre looks blurry.

The text looks blurry at the edges of the paragraph. 


I haven't dropped my phone and I did all the troubleshooting that I could do and also spoke with customer care personnel. None of it resolved it. They asked me to take it to the service centre and the guys at the service centre said to do a factory reset and bring it for check up its such a hassle. I can't give my phone for service, I use Hotspot for work due to frequent power cuts due to summer.

A55 ko bhi wali problem hai 1 sal se report karta hu per ab confirm ho gaya hai ke samsung A series ke users ka nahi sunta, I hope atlest s24 series ke users ka sunega

1 year!!... that's so terrible. Must be irritating to use the camera with focusing issues. Let's see if they respond. I hope they don't give me the same troubleshooting steps like hard reset phone and camera app etc.

Even I took the phone to nearest service center they told everything is fine with the phone if you can't optimise camera then better collaborate with vivo I have one vivo v50 it gives good image without blur or noise and it cost only 40k but I paid 1.3 lak and it feels useless
