Galaxy SDear Samsung member,
Greetings from Samsung customer support.
We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same. Please visit this mentioned link to resolve your device issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-to-take-portraits-using-live-focus-feature/
1. Clean the lens:
Dust or debris can interfere with autofocus. Clean the lens with a soft, dry, lint-free, cloth.
2. Turn off Tracking AF:
In the Camera's viewfinder, tap the Settings button. Tap the switch next to Tracking auto-focus to turn it off.
3. Reset the camera:
If the camera still isn't focusing, you should try resetting the camera to its default settings. Tap the Settings gear, and then scroll down and tap Reset settings.
4. Make sure your software is up to date:
Performing a software update can resolve issues and problems with apps, including your camera.
5. Listen to the lens:
The focus on the camera is controlled by a tiny mechanism. Some slight clicking and whirring are normal, but if you hear any grinding, your device may require service.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
Thank you for writing to us.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.
