Camera failed

Latest and greatest firmware update for S10+ causes Pro Camera to fail while switching modes from 9:16 <=> 9:21 and vice versa. See the attached video.

I have restarted the phone, but the result is same. Camera fails in Pro video mode while switching modes.

I don't know. I just went to software update on the phone. then I got the update. about 1GB download and 10 to 15 minutes of install.
