Camera failed

Latest and greatest firmware update for S10+ causes Pro Camera to fail while switching modes from 9:16 <=> 9:21 and vice versa. See the attached video.

I have restarted the phone, but the result is same. Camera fails in Pro video mode while switching modes.

first procedure

delete the data and cache of camera app
than reset the phone

if this can't resolve the issue re flash the latest firmware using odin

this happens due to corrupt update

I went to about phone, software update. It downloaded 1GB file and spent about 15 minutes to update. just to find camera is broken.

it because while downloading the OTA files some part of update left means they are not fully downloaded . so you need to follow the steps as mentioned

Thanks. that did the trick. I got orange bubbles over all the new features and now it seems to work.

A71 also faced camera failed error in pro mode when it got UI 2.1 update.
Visit service center to re install firmware.
