السلام عليكم
اشتريت التليفون من يوم واحد والكاميرا لا تعمل camera failed حد عنده معلومه عن سبب المشكله مع العلم عملت 
Clear cash , clear data , reset camera settings
ومازالت المشكله موجوده

Try switch off and switch on after some time.

It's hardware issue in camera ic chip you have to take it to service center

Sorry to tell you that you have the worest service team in Dubai.

i have bought your legendry phone and the most expensive one thouting that I am dealing with a company ycares about its brands and its customers, but unfortunately i was surprised by the truth and found after years of loyalty yo have no loyalty to us and you dont care about your customers and you only care about how many phone you sold.
a bought S24 Ultra Serial No (R5CX149479W) just 2 months ago and when i use the video camera the video saved blurry and unclear. it was tested by the serivece center and the camera was changed , but still have the same issue. the phone has an internal issue not from the camera. the phone still at your servec center and i am not going to collected it untill you fix this issue or you change it.

i have visited the service center during the 2 months m4ore than 4 times and each time it takes few days to find the issue. 

i think we are losing our money at those products which companies dosent take care of there loyal customers.
