Dose anyone know how to disable the ( camera cutout hide function) been searching web for entire two week to how to resolve this tried the camera cutout settings too every application is set to show camera cutout but still black bar is showing how should I disable it anyone have any idea please pass it to me

It does support full screen but it's not going in full screen in specific applications like browsers
