Camera clarity issue on my s24

I had purchased S24 on 28.02.2024, it's rate was 80000. After 1year and 5months completed I had done the latest software update, afterwards the front camera clarity is affected when any light source in front.
This was reported and customer care team told to update the phone. Update done but the problem still exists. After take up with service center team told me that will not get warranty. As per service center team instruction complaint was registered to customer support. Customer care team saying that it is due to mist formation. So due to the same they had told warranty will not get and payment also collected from me. 
Then again service center team had checked the phone but they have told no mist observed on their checking.
If the complaint persist need to replace camera. Also service center team experience, on first time ticket was filled,
On second time complaint registered and third time I observed several customers complaining about display, camera,etc...


This is utter dissatisfaction about your product, service center, customer care team. Also my phone got complaint due to updation and you guys have no responsibility at all....

I want warranty due to this was happened due to software update.

I inform you that I will not recommend your product as per my experience with you.

All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7

ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
