Hello 

I have samsung s21 ultra 

And the camera supposed be perfect !! 

I don't know what's the problem

There is a lot of noise and pictures are not clear .. 

I have also s20 and camera is very clear

I too use s21 ultra and don't feel any issues in it's camera. It's perfect only. You may try resetting camera settings and/or clearing camera app cache.

In that case, you may back up your device and perform factory reset and check the camera performance. If this also does not solve your issue then you may need to visit service center.

I will try .. what if there is something wrong in camera ..
What service center will do ?

That's totally liaise with them only. If there is an issue with camera, they even change the module itself.
