I don't have a 23U , but i have a note 20 ultra and it didn't affect quality if its installed correctly without dust or fingerprints on the inside. But i fount that there was an issue at least for my phone when having to use the flash, so i decided to remove the lens protector. Try photos with the flash and see if its distorted. If not I'm sure it'll be fine.

Hi.. I'm not using lens protectors for my S23 Ultra. Instead I using a bit rugged back cover. And I don't think it'll be issue since Lito is a reputed brand. Carefully install it as per their instructions 😊
