Why does the image taken from my Galaxy S9 has so many light rays...is this a fault or is there a way to resolve this...pls help

have a white paper , than clean the camera lense cover glass. clean the glass cover of camera lense using a notebook paper

its due to dirt and microscopic dirts mixed with moisture and oily elements over camera lense glass cover

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Perform the reset of camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).

3) Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity) or check by changing the aspect ratio.

4) Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

but front camera of the phone to bright and reddish
pics looks not geniune.
