Galaxy SWe apologize for the experience you went through, Resetting the Camera app may fix the problem. Please follow the steps below.
Open Camera and select Settings.
Select Reset settings.
Tap Reset to reset the Camera app.
Force restart your device
Try force restarting your device to resolve the issue.
Turn off your device by holding down the Volume down key and Side key, then selecting Power off.
Once the screen goes black, press and hold the Volume down key and Side key.
When the Samsung logo appears on screen, release both fingers from the keys.
Once the new update is available for your device you will receive a notification on the samsung members app, You can check for software updates
Go to Settings > tap Software update.
Tap Download and install.
If new software is available, you can choose Install now, Schedule install or Later.
