My S7 Edge Can't Make Calls
When I Call Any One it Doesn't Even Ring
it give a Peep Sound and Close The Call
but it Recive Calls Perfectly
I put the Sim Card in the 2nd Tray it Worked without any Problem
So the problem isn't from The Sim Card
...
How Can I fix It

I think there is some problem with the call settings. A soft factory reset might can solve this.

yes. Using samsung suite you can backup all the data to laptop and after resetting you can easily restore. OR
backup the important data online such as Gdrive, Dropbox etc.
