Caller ID disappears on lock screen

Whenever I receive a call, and the phone is in my pocket, I take it out only to see the lockscreen. Only when I unlock the screen and click on the green call icon on the notification panel, I can see the caller ID and can answer the call. How can I correct it where I can just answer the calls normally on lock screen?

PS: I use Samsung Galaxy S21 FE

Same problem in S24U too. May be try and check disabling accidental touch protection.

It's disabled a while back but I'm still facing the issue. Did it work for you?

It is erratic. After disabling, sometimes it works properly and sometimes it does not work.
