Is there a built in App for unknown numbers without having to download True caller. 

Is there a setting to enable record calls? I've checked on YouTube and my phone doesn't have that setting or it's because of my region?

There is a caller id setting in the phone app, however it seldom recognises caller and has nothing on truecaller
